jyunveli™ is owned and operated by Guangzhou Kenai Import & Export Trading Co., Ltd. These purchase terms apply alongside the information presented at checkout and our store policies, subject to mandatory law.
Placing an order
Provide accurate contact and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Order confirmation records receipt of your purchase request. We may review orders and contact you if payment, stock, pricing, or delivery information needs correction.
Errors and cancellations
We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason such as unavailable stock, payment failure, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or a material listing error. We will explain a material issue and refund amounts already collected for any canceled item to the original payment method. We will not impose a higher price without your agreement.
Descriptions and contents
Review the relevant product listing for specifications, options, included components, and care instructions. Photographic lighting and display settings can affect perceived color. Reasonable variation does not excuse a material departure from the description or your mandatory rights.
Prices and totals
The checkout shows the transaction currency, product total, discounts, delivery charges, and applicable taxes before payment. Payment is subject to successful provider authorization and verification.
Preparing and dispatching
Normal processing is 2–4 business days after payment confirmation, or up to 5 business days during peak periods. If dispatch is delayed beyond that period, we will contact you with available options.
Shipping estimates
Supported U.S. transit is estimated at 10–15 business days after dispatch. Processing is additional. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Review the Shipping Policy for tracking, address changes, delays, and missing-parcel assistance.
Returns and refunds
Eligible return requests must be made within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after return receipt and inspection, to the original payment method. Provider posting time may be additional. Changes before fulfillment
Contact us quickly to request cancellation or an amendment. We will try to assist before fulfillment begins. A cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment starts. Successful cancellation before fulfillment carries no cancellation fee.
Product and order concerns
Report faulty, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed items with order details and supporting information where practical. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy under the circumstances and applicable law.
Offer conditions
Any eligibility, duration, exclusions, or other promotion conditions are stated with the offer. An offer applies only as described and does not remove mandatory protections.
Consumer protections and disputes
Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact service@jyunveli.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms do not remove your right to use available legal remedies or consumer dispute channels.
